I live with my children and my husband. I don't eat gluten, sugar, or lactose. I enjoy physical exercise and living an active lifestyle, including walking, running, and swimming. In Brazil, I am a healthy food chef. My English is not so good I am training to improve, so I still have difficulty speaking on calls, but personally, I'm great. I have all the medical history of the birth of my last two children because my oldest was born a long time ago, so I don't have any records for that. It needs to be translated into English because it is in Portuguese. I know two teachers in Utah who could do this. I don't have health insurance or a gynecologist.
